My student's cold/hot reading says that it has not been completed and there is no option to reset or score.

A student's cold or hot reading may show that it has not been completed, but there is no option to reset the reading or pass them onto the next passage. This happens when the recording is not saved to the database because uploading was interrupted. This is likely caused by a connectivity issue or the student may have exited the window before the reading was finished uploading.

For the fastest solution, please include the following in your email:

  1. Your username.
  2. Your password. 
  3. Your student's login code.  
Please note, our emails are fully encrypted and private, so anything you share with us cannot be intercepted. If it makes you feel more comfortable, you can temporarily change your password and share that with us. Then you can change it back after we have investigated the issue.
