I don't need 40 student seats. Can I purchase fewer student licenses?

Based on the cost of web hosting and app development, our expenses are the same if a teacher uses only 5 student licenses or 40. This is why our base subscription comes with 40 student seats. We are unable to offer discounts if you do not need all 40 student licenses.
