Can private tutors use Flow Reading Fluency Digital?

Yes,  private tutors (both in-person and online) may use Flow Reading Fluency Digital.

Permission is also granted to use the program via digital third-party platforms (e.g., Out School) as a means of earning revenue through online teaching, tutoring, or online training courses for children or teachers. However, we cannot guarantee the program's functionality when students are not accessing the platform directly via a web browser.
