Can I reset a student's cold reading?

To make sure we get an accurate baseline metric for a student, the system is set up so they get one chance to complete a cold reading. 

In the event of a technical issue or interruption, you can reset a student’s cold reading by following the steps below.

1. Click on “Progress overview.”
2. Click on “Review” next to the student that needs a reset.
3. Click on “Reset recording.”
4. Click on “Continue” to confirm the reset.

*Cold readings cannot be reset after you record their score.

**Resetting a cold reading cannot be undone. Once you click continue, the recording will be permanently deleted.
