Can I move my students forward without scoring their cold and hot readings?

There is no way to truly assess students unless you listen to and score at least a minute of each student's cold and hot reading. If the program just passed students along, then you wouldn't know if students were practicing enough and meeting their goals. Basically, students could just "click-through" the program without meaningful work.
